The Life Management Skills course aims to produce healthy-literate young adults that make sound decisions and take positive actions for healthy and effective living. The wellness-oriented course emphasizes responsible decision-making and planning for a healthy lifestyle.

Life management skills include everything from creating healthy habits to learning how to delegate to setting SMART goals so that you can measure your progress.
These skills are necessary to survive in society. Our hands-on and remedial teaching also consists of sharing life lessons with our clients to be used when we’re not around to guide them.
Making good decisions starts with knowing the facts, the consequences, and the confidence to choose well.
We’ll also offer some important tools for communicating your feelings and opinions. We’ll even talk about being a savvy consumer in a world of advertising, credit cards, and designer fashion.
